    Return and Complaints Policy

    At Supreme Ozone Oil, we believe in transparency, quality, and total customer satisfaction. Each product is crafted with care and attention, but if something does not meet your expectations, we are committed to handling every request with respect, timeliness, and clarity.

    Returns for change of mind

    You can return a product purchased online within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

    • The product is intact, unopened and unused

    • Be sealed in the original packaging

    • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

    For purchases made in November or December, the return deadline is extended until January 31st of the following year.

    For health and hygiene reasons, and in accordance with art. 59 of the Consumer Code , we cannot accept the return of opened, used or unsealed cosmetics.


    Refunds

    If the return meets the above requirements and is approved by our team, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

    • Shipping costs and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.

    • A flat restocking fee of €5 may apply, to cover management and quality control costs.


    Defective or damaged products

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery . Our team will assess the issue and, if confirmed, we can offer you one of the following solutions:

    • Product Replacement

    • Good purchase

    • Full or partial refund , depending on the situation

    The following are not considered defects:

    • Individual reactions to the formulation

    • Aesthetic differences in the packaging

    • The absence of any samples or promotional gifts


    How to proceed with a return or complaint

    1. Fill out the online form for returns or complaints: click here

    2. Once we receive your request, our team will make a preliminary assessment.

    3. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

    4. At that point, you can ship the product to the address we will provide you.

    We kindly ask you not to send anything without written permission.


    Handling times

    Once we receive your return, we will keep you updated on the outcome of the evaluation. The process usually takes up to 14 working days. In exceptional cases, never more than 30 days.
